The cornerstone of our business is providing the personal solution for each client and although CFS competes against larger Plc competitors, it is this individual approach we take that matters to our customers.
Every appointment is monitored with a list of KPI's on performance which benchmark every aspect from arriving on site on time, to completing the outstanding works thoroughly.
Our Planned Maintenance is never affected by levels of reactive calls; we have sufficient resources to deal with both independently. This is achieved through dedicated roles within our service team and the unique way in which we conduct our multi-discipline service.
