Multi-Skilled Engineers

CFS was the first UK fire and security company to train its own employed engineers to install and maintain every aspect of fire and security.  Being multi-skilled we are able within one visit to maintain systems in accordance with current legislation, including:-

Fire Alarms Intruder Alarms
Access Control Emergency Lighting
Fire Suppression Systems Fire Extinguishers
CCTV Sprinkler Flow Tests
Electric Fencing Nurse Call

This means less visits or disruption for our customers, which makes us more effective, able to offer good value and reduces the carbon footprint.

Our engineers are direct employees of CFS and are all thoroughly security checked, carry ID cards, arrive in corporate vehicles in their distinctive red and black CFS uniform and are backed by a support service which tracks the movements and visits.

Using the latest in satellite navigation and tracking technology, our help desk can see at a glance the precise location of the engineers.  We are able to give an estimated time of arrival and vehicle dashboards process reports and monitor performance.

Provided with unique hand held devices, information is immediately returned to CFS HQ saving time and paperwork.
